A Bit of Background

Here at Youth In Business, we are driven by a single goal: to do our part in making the world a better place for all. To do this, we must instill principles of financial literacy and business knowledge. We strive to build financial stability and involve the youth in the community and businesses around us to make a social impact.

Goals

Promote Diversity and Inclusion in Business

Currently, in business, 95% of CEOs are white males. Through increased access to education of all different backgrounds, we hope to promote diversity in this field as the world transitions to a more diverse society.

Promote Basic Skills

Even though we do teach about business, we also aim to promote skills that are integral to who people are as a person such as management, organization, communication, and teamwork. We hope that these skills are transferrable to one's own passion, whether it be business or not.

Further one's love for business

We would like to promote learning in financial literacy and business through our fun and creative resources and further the love for these subjects from an early age. If youth are provided resourceful and fun options to learn, we have found that they will spend their own time and develop this passion for their future.
