Currently, in business, 95% of CEOs are white males. Through increased access to education of all different backgrounds, we hope to promote diversity in this field as the world transitions to a more diverse society.
Even though we do teach about business, we also aim to promote skills that are integral to who people are as a person such as management, organization, communication teamwork. We hope that these skills are transferrable to one's own passion, whether it be business or not.
Through this organization and our fun and creative resources, we would like to promote learning in financial literacy and business and further the love for these subjects from an early age. If youth are provided resourceful and fun options to learn, we have found that they would spend their own time and develop this passion for their future.
